OK so you shamed me :)

I wiped over all of the kitchen cupboard fronts, and splashbacks. Tidied the hallstand and uncovered a couple of preschool notes that have to be filled in! Tidied the loungeroom.

My goal for the week is to get the filing done, install MYOB and start entering accounts.

well dont faint.....we fitted the new (well 11 months old) memory chip into the computer!!!!!!! the new speedy machine is wonderful!!!

I'm back from holidays so I guess I'd better get back to it!

Ran the cobweb brush over the hallway and 2 bedrooms - I think I dislodged several families :)

in a fit of ' i will not use the excuse that Kerrie is away to allow myself to give up' I did -

aga clean and restarted the swish and swipe

another silly one - when the decorators finished (yes I know AGES ago) they put teh bookcase and books back - 5cm too far over so to turn the bedroom light on you had to tuck your hand behind

took the books off the last 3 shelfs of both bookcases and moved them 5 cm - total time about 15 mins - how did I feel?? pathetic!!!!!!

No cleaner she couldnt make it so did a detailed hoover and a good bathrrom clean - phew!!

Cleaned the outside of the front windows.. I won't mention how long it is since they've been done cos I can't remember lol!

In a frenzy of activity... looking for something under the kitchen sink led me to pull everything out, to clean the cupboard floor as something had spilt, put everything back tidy and 'consolidate' a few bottles, take a few things upstairs and use the left over mould and midew cleaner on the bathroom tiles, dust the floor

then using the shoe cleaner i cleaned 2 pairs of work shoes and danyals school shoes and whilst i was there I moved the summer shoes upstairs leaving space on the shoe rack for the winter ones

remond me dont clean under the kitchen cupboard again!!!!

Tidied spare room, thorough vacuum of spare room, cleaned Billy's/guest shower.

Big spring cleaning day today - stripped all the beds, washed the sheets, pillowcases, doona covers. Hung the doonas (duvets) & underlays out to air, put the pillows out to air - even vacuumed as much as I could under the waterbed bladder! Remade all the beds.

Gave Billy's room a thorough clean - washed the inside of his windows and those in the spare room (will do the outside when Pete is home to help put the screens back on), wiped down the walls where there were grotty patches, thorough vacuum.

Cleaned Billy's toilet (including unscrewing the seat and taking it off!)

I feel like I did more than that, but I can't remember what. Hopefully will get more done tomorrow.

Cleaned the shower & cleaned out the fridge. Have been slack again lately so too much stuff to throw out :(

Cleaned out the 'pantry' I guess is the correct word - tin cupboard to me - sorted through the pastas and tins - just a couple for the bin nothing too drastic and nothing to add to the shopping list which I count as a bonus or a lack of meal planning!!!

Cleaned the ensuite basin, Exit-moulded the shower, ran the kitchen rangehood filter through the dishwasher.

Cleaned the toilet - even down to unscrewing the toilet seat to take it off and clean underneath the back of it. It was sorely needed due to 2 boys in the family :)

Quick mow of the lawn (10 min job) last cut before winter hopefully!

also decobwebbed the ceiling in the lounge and hall - they seemed to have sprung up in teh last week like crazy (I assume its the odd warm weather we are having this time for year - not expecting them to recur judging by the number of massacared spiders found each morning - danyal says the cats have 'stamped' on them!!)

Hmm yes my posting skills have been called into question!! BUT that does not mean I am failing in my missions

Yesterday I cleaned out my tub where i keep the potatoes and onions - got rid of the bits that get left behind and gave it a good wash and clean up

what else so far this week -

went through Danyals winter t-shirts and did a loft cull - ones that wont fit this year into the loft box - now he is in school uniform and only needs t-shirts at the weekend I have at least identified that i dont need to go shopping and made some space in the wardrobe

Finished washing the oven shelves, wiped the oven out, cleaned the microwave.

Washed the kitchen garbage out.

Started cleaning the oven shelves by soaking them in washing powder (read it on the Simple savings site) - it's working really well!!
